Refunds may be granted under the following conditions:
Faulty or Damaged Equipment: If the printer or equipment you receive is non-functional, damaged, or incomplete upon delivery.
Service Issues: If we fail to deliver the equipment on the agreed date or location due to an error on our part.
Early Cancellation: If you cancel your rental before shipment, you may qualify for a full or partial refund (see cancellation policy below).
Refunds are not available for:
Normal wear and tear during use.
Damage resulting from misuse, negligence, or improper handling.
Late cancellations (see cancellation policy).
Report the Issue: Notify us promptly if there is a problem.
Contact us at support@rentprinterpro.com within 48 hours of receiving the equipment.
Return the Equipment: If a return is required, we will provide instructions for shipping the equipment back. Ensure all original components are included.
Inspection: Once we receive the returned equipment, it will be inspected to determine the issue.
Refund Issuance: Approved refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
Before Shipment: Full refunds are available for cancellations made at least 24 hours before the scheduled shipment date.
After Shipment: Cancellations are not eligible for refunds once the equipment has been shipped.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the refund request is due to:

Errors caused by RentPrinterPro.
